Beaded Eagle Feather Hair Tie - Native American - Flag Patriotic - Lakota Sioux

This is a hand painted eagle feather hair tie.   The tie you see is the tie you get.   It is beaded with real glass seed beads and the feather is put together with rawhide and a deer leather lace.
 
This hair tie was made by Alan Monroe, a Oglala Lakota artist and member of the Oglala Lakota tribe here in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
