Catlinite Wolf effigy pipe, Lakota Sioux Native American

This is a catlinite / pipestone wolf effigy pipe.   The pipe is 6 1/2" in length and 3 1/2" in height.   The insert end has a taper from 1/2" to 3/8", this taper is in the first 1 1/2".   
 
This pipe is made and signed by Alan Monroe a fifth generation pipe maker and artist living here in the Black Hills of South Dakota.   The stone for this pipe came from my pit at the Pipestone Monument and Shrine located in Pipestone Minnesota.
